  • What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?
    Dogs up to 80 lbs. (no vicious breeds) are allowed. Cats must be spayed or neutered. No exotic pets.
  • How many pets may I have?
    2 pets are allowed per unit, plus one caged pet.
  • Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?
    There is a $300 pet registration fee (required upon move-in) per pet + $20.00 per month, per pet.
  • What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?
    You must bring a government issued photo ID.
  • What are your fees and monthly charges?
    Application fee is $25 per adult
  • What are the income and credit qualifications?
    Monthly salary must be a minimum of three (3) times the monthly rent, 6 Months current rental history (preferred), and satisfactory credit record (questionable credit/no credit may result in additional deposit).
  • What is acceptable “proof of income” to sign a lease?
    We can accept: Two most recent check stubs, a faxed employment form filled out by employer’s HR department or Payroll Administrator, Employment Offer Letter on Company Letterhead, three bank statements showing deposit amounts, or Current Awards Letter for SSI or Disability.
  • What happens if I qualify for an apartment, but my roommate does not?
    Each applicant must be able to qualify on their own. Only qualified leaseholders are given a key.
  • Is my security deposit fully refundable?
    Yes. Security Deposits are fully refundable if all terms and conditions of the lease agreement are met. The Holding Deposit (to hold an apartment) is not refundable after 72 hours.
  • If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
    You must give the management 30 days written notice of your intention to vacate and pay a Buyout Fee equal to 2 months' worth of rent payments.
  • Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
    Yes. The fee would be Market Rent plus $100.00 per month.
  • What utilities are included in my lease?
    None, but your water/trash will be a steady flat rate paid in addition to rent. You must contact OG&E to connect electricity and Cox Communications for cable, internet and/or landline phone service.
  • How long is the term of the lease?
    We offer 9-12 month lease terms.
  • Do you accept leases for short terms?
    Not at this time. Please call office to confirm.
  • Am I required to have renters insurance?
    Yes. However, you may use any insurance carrier.
  • Do you offer furnished apartments?
    Not at this time. Please call office to confirm.
  • Do you offer corporate apartments?
    Not at this time. Please call office to confirm.
  • If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
    Our website has a resident section with a maintenance request form. You may also call the office to report a problem.
  • When is my rent payment due?
    Rent is due on the 1st day of each month.
  • What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?
    A late charge will be billed to your account on and after 11:59 P.M. on the 3rd day of the month.
  • Will you accept electronic payments from my bank?
    Yes.
  • Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
    Yes. Our website has a resident section that offers rent payment services.
  • There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
    Yes. However, if the guest is staying more than 7 days you must notify the manager.
  • Do you have reserved parking?
    Yes. You may rent a private garage with remote opener for your vehicle.
  • I have a motorcycle; where can I park it?
    You may park in a parking space. However, all vehicles or motorcycles may not be left in one parking space for more than 3 days.
  • My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
    Yes. They need to be added as an occupant to your Lease Agreement.
  • Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
    No. Satellite dishes are not permitted on property.
  • Do you have cable services?
    Yes. Contact Cox Communications to order Cable, Internet and/or phone service.
  • Does the property have a fitness center?
    Yes. The fitness center is located next to the clubhouse with 24-hour access and free tanning.
  • Does the property have a swimming pool?
    Yes. We have a resort style pool with cabana and sundeck.
  • Does the property offer on-site recycling?
    No
  • Are gas grills permitted at your property?
    No
  • Is there any additional storage space available at your property?
    Yes. There are storage closets located on select units throughout the property.
  • Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?
    No.
  • Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
    Yes. Most parcel deliveries will be available 24 hours a day in our parcel service lockers. A text and/or email will be sent automatically alerting you to the arrival of your package. Large boxes will be accepted by the management and will be available during business hours.
  • Do you have a list of Preferred Employers?
    Yes. Inquire within.
  • How is your property different from the competition?
    Different floorplan options are offered to suit your lifestyle. We are the most technologically advanced property with fiber optic lines running to each apartment suite, and parcel receipt lockers with automated text and email notification. We are conveniently located in the heart of Glenpool's SW Crossroads Development, with shopping, grocery and restaurants surrounding the property, including the only Wal-Mart Supercenter on the west side of the Tulsa metro.
